What is adult day health care?
Adult day health care, also known as Community-Based Adult Services (CBAS), is a day program that provides medical and social services to seniors and adults with certain disabilities. At Golden Years in Arcadia, that includes nursing care, rehabilitation, nutrition, social work, recreation, and transportation services.
Who can attend Golden Years?
We welcome qualified seniors and adults with certain disabilities of all races, nationalities, and religious backgrounds. Our care coordinators can talk with you about your loved one's needs and whether our program is the right fit.
Which health plans do you work with?
We work with IEHP, SCAN Health Plan, Health Net, L.A. Care, Molina Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, and CareFirst, and we also accept private pay. Call us and our care coordinators will help you check your coverage.
Do you offer transportation?
Yes. We provide safe, reliable, door-to-door transportation to and from our Arcadia center in selected areas of the Greater San Gabriel Valley. We also help participants schedule Access and Dial-A-Ride trips to appointments. Call 626-447-0202 to check your area.
