Skilled nursing care services to maximize overall health potential
Golden Years Adult Day Health Care center has registered nurses and licensed practical nurses who are seasoned and skilled in providing basic to advanced health care services. Our RNs and LPNs provide regular monitoring and supervision to each participant to optimize their health and keep them safe and secure in our center. Other than that, our nurses also provide the following:
- Assistance with Medications
- Personal Care (e.g. Assistance with Toileting and Grooming)
- Monthly Health Education Group Sessions
- Liaison with Personal Physician, Caregivers, and Family Members
- And More
